Cancellation Policy
Terms are as follows effective June 1, 2024: For the purpose of this document all music lessons, musical performances, fashion design consultations, or other sewing services will be referred to as "services." All persons receiving services will be referred to as "clients." All persons rendering services will be referred to as "service providers." All persons that are not "clients" or "service providers" are a person(s). Payments and Reservations All individual services must be paid in full before services are rendered. All service packages must be paid in full before services are rendered. The service provider will accept cash, checks, credit or debit cards in person with no fees. Service fees will be added to online payment apps. No ongoing time slots will be reserved for clients who book individual services. Only the individual time slot clients purchase will be reserved. Clients will have the option to have ongoing time slots reserved if purchasing 4 service packages. All time slots booked will require a ten dollar joining fee for the convenience of using the secure website for booking and communication. Only cash in person will accepted. When booking four pack services sometimes there will be five weeks in the month. The service provider reserves the right to choose one day to take a vacation. This day will be negotiated with clients at the discretion of the service provider. No services will be offered on the day the service provider decides to take a vacation. Missed Lesson Policy Whenever the service provider fails to render a service, a new time slot (make-up) will be offered only once. If the client fails to book the new time slot in a timely manner or fails redeem the new service booked no further services will offered. If the client cancels the service less than twenty-four hours in advance, no new services will be offered. If the client cancels the service more than twenty-four hours in advance then one service will be offered to make up for the one service missed. This new service must be booked and redeemed within sixty days of the missed service. Materials provided All musical clients must provide their own materials for services rendered. The service provider will not be responsible for providing clients with well practiced skills, instruments, music, reed, or anything else the client needs to be successful.
